• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings where payment has not been received.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for a refund.
• If we need to cancel your appointment, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.

• Services provided by Hedgerow Healing are for educational and wellness purposes only.
• Aromatics, botanicals, and holistic therapies are not a replacement for veterinary care.
• Always seek advice from a qualified veterinarian regarding diagnosis, treatment, or changes to your animal’s healthcare plan.
